Lemon Cake Mix: the base of this mouthwatering dessert.
Eggs: to add structure and flavor.
Confectioner’s sugar: to add balance on the mixture on the top of your Lemon Bars
Butter (melted) to compact the ingredients with flavor and a crusty touch.
Cream Cheese: my secret ingredient for the top of your fabulous dessert.
How to Make This Recipe
Instructions
For the cake
First, combine in a bowl the lemon cake mix, one egg, and the melted butter.
Secondly, mix all the ingredients well.
After that, spray a 9×13 baking dish with Baker’s Joy.
Finish by adding the cake mixture to the baking dish and spreading it across the whole pan.
For the Cream Cheese Mixture
First, mix the confectioner’s sugar, eggs, and cream cheese with a mixer.
Last, pour the cream cheese mixture on top of your cake mixture.
Finally, bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
