I am so excited to share this recipe for these quick, simple lemon brownies I will be making for the Birmingham Home Show tomorrow. My theme for the presentation is sweet Saturday!
I love to help families create memories through delicious meals and make fun lasting traditions. Creating a tradition of baking something sweet on some Saturdays would be a very fun family activity! I speak from my own fond experience. As a little girl, I loved to help my mom bake on the weekends, and so, I want to share the joy!
I have been wanting to share some easy recipes using cake mix, and with spring right around the corner, I decided to make lemon brownies and white chocolate lemon cookies.

I have not heard of Lemon Brownies before but they sure look moist and delicious! I didn’t know you could make them this way using a box mix, usually just follow the cake mix recipe with a small ingredient addition but never taken out an ingredient. Hmmm. They really look yummy – hope the recipients love them. I also remember my mom baking on Saturdays when we were growing – It is one of my favorites!!
