“You learn something valuable from all of the significant events and people, but you never touch your true potential until you challenge yourself to go beyond imposed limitations”. This is why I have passion to challenge myself to work on my blogs.
A Little Background Story
Today, I decided to share a Tuna Salad with Egg and Relish recipe that I used to make when I was a kid. Eating salads regularly is healthy because it is much more likely to fill your recommended intake of vital nutrients, fiber and good Fats.
This is the main reason why I genuinely love all sorts of salads such as: chicken salad, flavorful pasta salad, and of Course Tuna Salad!
As a child, I remember using certain bowls for a particular dish, and the Tuna Salad bowl was an orange Tupperware bowl.
My mom was the first one who taught me how to cook in her magic kitchen. She believed that it is good to get to know how to cook at an early age since it will become handy in some extreme situations.
Tuna Salad is the perfect lunch, summer potluck dish, and so much more. I hope you’ll enjoy this easy and yummy recipe as much as I do!

How to Gussy up Canned Tuna?
Tuna Fish is an excellent source of vitamin B12, an essential vitamin needed to make DNA. Vitamin B12 also helps you form new red blood cells and prevents the development of Anemia.
Both fresh and canned Tuna provide the same good Omega3-fats. So, even if canned Tuna can not replicate the same flavor of fresh Tuna, it is easier dealing with cans of Tuna that are available all year round and are more stable than the fresh ones.
Canned Tuna is now being used in a variety of innovative ways like:
- Cucumber Tuna Sushi: Use Cucumber instead of Sushi Rice, add some Tuna on top, and enjoy!
- Tuna Pasta Salad
- Tuna Pizza
- Rice with Tuna and Spinach.
Consequently, with little knowledge and creativity, you can level up canned Tuna and find yourself using it on your table anytime!
