Happy Sunday!! We are 10 days into 2021 and I hope your year is off to a great start! Since January is national soup month so this calls for a pipping hot bowl of soup. and I thought it would be the perfect time to share this easy and yummy 5 Ingredient White Chicken Chili recipe!!
I just love how you can take 5 ingredients and make it into a meal so yummy and comforting. It’s so quick and easy to make that you can make it for busy weekdays dinner, as it requires minimum energy and ingredients. As we are all so busy and always looking for good and easy recipes I am happy to share this chili recipe and hope it is a winner for your family!
2 (15.5 ounce) cans Great Northern White Chili Beans (undrained)
1 (10 ounces) can diced tomatoes & green chilies (undrained)
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of cooked, shredded, or diced chicken
1 (10.5 ounces) can cream of chicken soup
1-2 tablespoons diced jalapenos
Toppings: chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, or sour cream
Prep Time – 15 minutes
Cook Time – 25 minutes
How Do You Make White Chili Chicken
- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven combine beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth over medium heat.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cream of chicken, and jalapenos
- Bring to a boil, then cover and lower heat to simmer
- Serve immediately, garnished with suggested toppings if desired
