The Best Turkey Breast You’ll Ever Make!

The tastiest and most tender oven roasted turkey breast with roasmary and roasted potatoes. The best meal for every family.
Melts like butter in your mouth!

Although a whole turkey looks incredible on any dinner table, sometimes it is a lot to finish in one day. You will probably end up with more leftovers than you know wat to do with. But no worries! Here’s your chance to bite into a delicious juicy piece of oven-roasted turkey breast without worrying about leftovers!

Should You Choose a Boneless or Bone-in Turkey Breast?

In the store, you can easily find both options (boneless or bone-in turkey breasts). Bone-in turkey breasts are larger and includes both sides of the breast. However, boneless turkeys usually come with one side of the turkey breast.

So if you are looking to save time, look for a single turkey breast (boneless). It will cook quickly.

    Tips and Tricks

If your diet requires you to avoid excess fat, simply remove the skin before putting the turkey into the oven.

You don’t need to baste your turkey while cooking. Basting requires you to open the oven repeatedly, which causes heat loss.

If somehow you end up with leftovers, you could always make a sandwich with them the next day.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

How long do you cook a turkey breast per pound?

Cook the turkey at 350°F for about 20 minutes per pound.

Should I cover my turkey with foil while cooking?

You can cover the turkey breast with aluminum foil after you cook it for ⅔ of the amount of time needed. This will slow down the cooking process.

    Simple and Affordable Ingredients

    • split turkey breast
    • lemon juice
    • olive oil
    • salt-free seasoning mix
    • spice blend mixture
    • everything bagel seasoning blend
    • brown sugar

    Follow These Easy Steps

First, preheat the oven to 350°F.

Second, place the turkey in a large glass baking dish.

Third, combine oil, lemon juice, and the seasoning mix.

After that, rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey.

Finally, bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
