Are you ready to decorate Santa’s platter with red cookies?

    Tips and Tricks

    • You can add red food coloring for a true red color.
    • The white chocolate chips remind me of the cream cheese frosting; but you can use dark, brown, or your favorite type.
    • Be careful to watch the oven temperature. High heat can flatten the cookies.
    • Don’t skip the eggs, it adds moisture.
    • It is essential to let the cookies cool down for just a few minutes before removing them from the parchment paper.
    • Don’t overbake the cookies, or they will turn out to be really dry.
    • If your dough is a bit sticky, cover and refrigerate it for 30 minutes, then use it again.
    • Make sure to leave enough space between the cookie balls.

    Frequently Asked Questions
