Hello December!!! November was all about pie and now that pie season is over it’s time for team Christmas cookie. And it’s the best time to try my simple 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies recipe. You might also want to try Peanut Butter Chocolate Chippers.

We are just 3 days away from National cookie day and my family recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies is so easy and yummy! Can you believe we are in the last month of 2020? I know at the start of covid-19 in March it seemed like the end of the year was so far away. I am thankful my family and friends have made it to December in good health and strength.

My friends at Alabama Peanut Producers Association sent me a happy mail package full of peanut butter products for November in honor of National Peanut Butter Lover’s month! It was perfect timing so I could create some yummy cookie recipes using peanut butter!

As we prepare for ugly sweater parties, virtual Christmas parties, and celebrating the most wonderful time of the year I hope you will add my easy Peanut Butter cookies recipe to the menu!

    3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

    Ingredients

    • Creamy or crunchy peanut butter 1 Cup
    • Sugar 1 Cup
    • Egg 1

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F
    2. In large bowl mix all 3 ingredients well. Form into small balls
    3. Place cookie balls on a nonstick baking sheet.
    4. Flatten with a fork (Dip in sugar optional)

Tips – Add chocolate chips, toffee bits, sprinkles, and more for an extra touch

This is a great simple recipe! I can’t wait to try them. My kids have a metabolic disorder and we can’t have store bought sweets(short chain fats like palm oils)
