    Hello!!

Can you believe May is here already? It’s time for summer entertaining and I am excited!!

With the warm weather I know we often try to not turn on the oven and think of easy desserts that you don’t have to bake.

My easy banana pudding is delicious and rich!! It’s the perfect no bake dessert for summer!! It is a family favorite for my family and I hope you share it with your family!!

    Ingredients

    1. 1 large box Jello-O instant vanilla pudding mix
    2. 2 cups of milk
    3. 2 cans of Condensed milk
    4. 2 bananas
    5. 2 8oz cool whip
    6. 1 box of Nilla wafers

    Instructions

In large bowl mix pudding, milk, condensed milk, and 1 full bowl of cool whip and ½ of the second bowl. (Save the other ½ for the topping)

In a pan or glass bowl put your cookies on the bottom layer, next slice one banana and put on top of the cookies, pour your pudding mixture on top and continue to layer until your ingredients are gone! Add the remaining cool whip on top and crush some cookies on top for a great presentation!

    Happy Cooking!!

I assisted my mom in recreating the recipe yesterday for her girl scout troop. Those little girls devoured this pudding.

I knew this recipe was legit when we saw Nilla wafers. We made this for the kids this past weekend and they loved it!
