Red Velvet Cookies

Tempting red cookies with pretty white chocolate chips for anyone who is looking to impress his loved ones with something from the heart.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box red velvet cake
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil, and mix very well
  • Add in the white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the prepared cookie dough into tablespoon size balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 -12 minutes or until set.

Notes

Make sure to leave enough space between the cookie balls on the parchment paper.
