How to Store Lipton Soup Meatloaf

After two hours, put all cooked meatloaf leftovers in a shallow, covered container. The leftovers can last up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. The recommended temperature for leftover cooked food is 165 F, so reheat leftover meatloaf to this degree.

You may freeze the leftovers if you don’t want to eat them right away. Meatloaf that has been cooked and cooled can be frozen for up to three months in airtight containers.

Place the frozen meatloaf in a baking dish, and cover it completely with foil to reheat. Heat for one to one and a half hours, or until it reaches 165 F, in an oven that has been preheated to 350 F.

    Tips and Tricks

    • The sides of the meatloaf will become crisper if you shape and cook them on a baking sheet or small pan. The edges and bottoms will stay moister when baking in a loaf pan.
    • Lipton onion soup mix is the most widely used brand to use for this recipe, but any brand should result in a tasty meatloaf.
    • You can reheat meatloaf slices in a microwave or in a pan over medium-low heat, making sure you flip them to assure even cooking.
    • Meatloaf sandwiches are so yummy. To make some, just put a slice of leftover meatloaf in the bread of your choice. Top it with some mayo, onions, or any other favorite toppings of your choice.
    • Adding chopped parsley will give your meatloaf more flavor and color.
    • You can add toppings to the meatloaf such as ketchup, tomato sauce, or any spaghetti sauce you love.
