Now that back to school season is here, it is time to pull out the after-school snacks and easy weeknight dinners!

I absolutely love introducing new food recipes and ideas to family and friends! I shared a simple apple snack with my little cousin Mr. Jaxon Whaley. When they visited me a couple of weeks ago, he said, cousin Trina! The last time I was here, I had an apple with caramel dip! Now, he is officially an Apple and caramel lover!

Tips For The Best Apple and Caramel Treat

Remove wax from store-bought apples. You can either boil the apples for just a minute, or bathe them in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Let them dry completely once done.

If you want to use homemade caramel, let the caramel cool to 190 degrees before dipping your apples in the creamy goodness.

You can make other caramel apple variations by using popsicle sticks. They will look super cool too!

After slicing the apple, let them chill in the fridge for a couple of minutes. Then, dip them away in the caramel.

    Fastest Snack of All Time!

A simple and easy snack that your kids will love. Cut some apples and dip them in caramel sauce.
Drizzle the caramel on top or dip apples in it. W.

This is a great idea for a snack. I’ve never tried the caramel dip, I’m sure it would be delicious on bananas as well
