    Happy Terrific Tuesday!!

I am glad I decided to do the July blogger challenge with Mattie James. It is really challenging me to work on my blog more.

Today I decided to share a recipe for something I learned how to make when I was little which is Tuna Salad. I love a variety of salads from chicken salad to a flavorful pasta salad. As, a child I remember using certain bowls for a particular dish and the Tuna Salad bowl was an orange Tupperware bowl. My mom let me learn and starting cooking at an early age.

Tuna Salad is the perfect lunch, summer potluck dish, and so much more. I hope you enjoy this Tuna Salad recipe.

    Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna salad

    Miracle Whip/Mayo

    Sandwhich Spread

    Mustard

    Relish

    3 large eggs

    Instructions

    1. Open cans of tuna and drain water off each can and dump tuna in a medium bowl
    2. Add all other ingredients in the bowl and mix well
    3. Serve with crackers or enjoy as a sandwich

Tips: Sprinkle Tuna with any seasonings for more flavor – Dash of Sugar, pepper, Mrs. Dash, or any flavor you want to stand out.
