Strawberry White Chocolate Bundt Cake: An Easy and Delicious Dessert

A Quick Recipe for an Irresistible Treat

    Introduction

If you’re searching for a dessert that’s both effortlessly elegant and bursting with flavor, look no further my Strawberry White Chocolate Bundt Cake recipe is the answer! With the convenience of a boxed cake mix and a handful of simple ingredients, this cake comes together quickly yet tastes like a homemade masterpiece. Whether you’re baking for a special occasion or satisfying a sweet tooth, this recipe is sure to impress family and friends.

I created this recipe after experimenting with my chocolate chip Bundt cake, swapping flavors and playing with textures until it became something special. In my cooking classes and presentations, I always remind people that a recipe isn’t a contract — it’s a starting point. Don’t be afraid to recreate a recipe, make it your own, and have fun in the kitchen. Made with cake mix, sour cream, pudding, and white chocolate chips, this cake is incredibly moist, rich, and full of strawberry flavor in every bite.

This is the kind of cake that’s perfect for baby showers, brunch, holidays, or anytime you want a beautiful dessert without the stress.

    Ingredients

    • 1 box strawberry cake mix
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 box white chocolate pudding mix
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips

    Cream Cheese Glaze

I use my favorite Cream Cheese Icing recipe and melt a little for beautiful drizzle

The Magic Behind Strawberry White Chocolate Bundt Cake

This Bundt cake is moist, rich, and packed with the sweet-tart flavor of strawberries—enhanced by creamy white chocolate in every bite. Using a box cake mix and pudding mix guarantees a soft, tender crumb, while sour cream adds moisture and depth. The addition of white chocolate chips ensures surprise pockets of melty goodness throughout the cake.

    Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, sour cream, and white chocolate pudding mix. Mix until well incorporated—either by hand or using a hand mixer on low speed. The batter should be thick and creamy.
    3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
    4. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
    5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs (be careful not to overbake).
    6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

    Serving Suggestions

This cake is delicious served as-is, but you can dress it up with a dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of white chocolate ganache, or a dollop of whipped cream. For an extra touch, garnish with fresh strawberries for a beautiful presentation.

    Tips for Success

    • Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
    • Use full-fat sour cream for extra richness.
    • For added flavor, stir in a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a handful of chopped freeze-dried strawberries.
    • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
