Strawberry White Chocolate Bundt Cake

Equipment

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Set of measuring cups
  • 1 Large mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.25oz Strawberry Cake Mix I love Betty Crocker
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 small Box of White Chocolate Pudding
  • 1 cup of Oil
  • 1 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 cup of White Chocolate Chips

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese
  • 3-4 cups of Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 F
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, white chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, and fold in the white chocolate chips
  • Spray your baking pan with your favorite baking spray or homemade cake release very well!
  • Pour batter into greased cake pan and bake for 40 - 45 mintues
  • Allow cake to cool in the pan for 10- 15 minutes before removing. Pour on cake glaze and enjoy!

Notes

I have also made a glaze with Confectioner's Sugar, Milk or Whipping Cream and Strawberry Extract!
