Perfectly Bubbly: Stella Rosa Peach Mimosa

    Happy Wine Wednesday!

If I had to pick a favorite cocktail, I think it would be mimosas! They are refreshing, delicious, and quite easy to make. A drink created with only two ingredients (Champagne and juice), you will soon realize that making a mimosa is a breeze.

Starting with the alcoholic component of the mimosa, Moscato D Asti is my favorite wine to use- although the original recipe usually uses Champagne or Prosecco, which are delicious as well. However, the Moscato D Asti is bubbly and a little sweeter.

I also love how you can mix the original classic recipe of Champagne and Orange Juice in many different versions, giving several unique and tasty flavors.

The Stella Rosa Peach makes the perfect Peach Mimosa! This recipe will be a wonderful cocktail for Easter brunch or dinner, or any other gathering you can think of!

    Cheers! 🥂

Why You Should Make a Mimosa

I know that Mimosas are the perfect sparkling cocktail for me, but how about you? Well, I will surely try to steer you to my side! Here are a few reasons why you should try this recipe today!

To start off, mimosas can help you maintain your health and weight. A mimosa, which is just a drink with equal parts champagne and fruit juice, is one of the most low-calorie drinks out there! Also, the orange juice in my Stella Rosa Peach Mimosa gives you your daily supply of vitamin C. Thus, you can have a guilt-free Easter brunch or dinner!

Mimosas are also a pretty easy and affordable drink to prepare! Made with just two ingredients, your refreshing cocktail is a piece of cake to make in just a few minutes. It’s also pretty cheap! Just mix up some champagne and orange juice, and you are good to go!

Finally, Mimosas are the perfect drink for many different occasions! Whether it is a breakfast, brunch, or dinner, my recipe is perfect for any social gathering! It is always a good time to have a Stella Rosa Peach Mimosa!

    Tips For a Perfect Mimosa

To begin, remember to use your preferred type or brand of wine or champagne. Whether you like sparkling wine, or a more sweeter one, personalize the mimosa to fit your taste!

Also, pay attention to the orange juice you’ll be using, since it will make up half of your drink! I personally love Simply & Tropicana Low Acid orange juice, but you can pick whatever you prefer.

In addition, you can try and consider the ratio of your two ingredients. If you are serving a crowd at brunch, you can choose to hold back on the wine a bit. Or you can add more wine too! You only live a little, right?

When you choose to make a mimosa, make sure to add the wine first, then top it off with orange juice. That way, your cocktail mixes easier and makes less of a mess.

    Stella Rosa Peach Mimosa FAQs

Can I use fresh orange juice?

Yes! Remember to choose the one that best suites your taste, and to adjust the other ingredients accordingly.

How do I serve the Stella Rosa Peach Mimosas?

You can serve your refreshing mimosas with ice, or chill them beforehand if you prefer not to dilute them.

I love making my mimosas with Veuve Clicquot champagne. It’s not too sweet and makes for a very crisp brunch mimosa.
