There’s something magical about a pot of soup simmering on the stove—steam rising, aromas filling the kitchen, and everyone wandering in asking, “What smells so good?” This White Lasagna Soup was born from one of those cozy kitchen moments where comfort food meets creativity.

How to Make White Lasagna Soup
Step 1: Brown the Meat
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the seasoned ground turkey and Italian sausage together. Break it up as it cooks until fully browned and flavorful. Drain excess grease if needed.
Step 2: Build the Broth
Pour in the regular chicken broth and spicy chicken broth. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
Step 3: Add the Noodles
Break the lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces and add them directly to the pot. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the noodles are tender, about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Make It Creamy
Lower the heat and stir in the whipping cream. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and Kinders Black Truffle Garlic seasoning to taste. This is where the flavor really starts to shine.
Step 5: Cheese & Greens
Add the kale and let it wilt into the soup. Then stir in the Italian cheese blend—as much or as little as your heart desires—until melted and creamy.
Step 6: Finish & Serve
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Ladle into bowls and finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and an extra pinch of crushed red pepper if you like a little heat.
Tips & Variations
- Make it lighter: Swap half-and-half for whipping cream.
- Extra cozy: Add a spoonful of ricotta or cream cheese for an even richer texture.
- No kale? Spinach works beautifully.
- Meal prep friendly: This soup reheats well—add a splash of broth when reheating.
What to Serve With White Lasagna Soup
