Red Velvet Brownies with Oreo and White Chocolate Chips

A rich take on a classic favorite: brownies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Red velvet cake mix
  • cup Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Oreos chopped

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F and greasing an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan.
  • In a bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended.
  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped Oreo cookies. Save a small handful of both to sprinkle on top for a pretty finish.
  • Spread the batter evenly into your prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips and Oreo pieces on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the brownies are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Notes

Don’t Overmix: Mix ingredients until just combined to keep the brownies tender.
Line Your Pan: Line the baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal and slicing.
Customize Your Toppings: Feel free to sprinkle extra white chocolate chips or Oreos on top after baking for added flavor and texture.
