Turkey Meatloaf

For Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¾ cups Oats or Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Ketchup

For Sauce

  • ¼ cup catsup
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbps Brown Sugar


  • Preheat Oven to 350 F. Combine ground turkey, ketchup, the eggs, oats, Lipton onion soup mix, and season in a large bowl.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are blended. Place in a glass loaf pan, pressing down to evenly distribute meat mixture in the pan. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set to the side.
  • Bake, uncovered, 45- minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain well. Pour the sauce on top and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
