Ingredients
  

For Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¾ cups Oats or Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Ketchup

For Sauce

  • ¼ cup catsup
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbps Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350 F.
  • Combine ground turkey, ketchup, the eggs, oats, Lipton onion soup mix, and season in a large bowl.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are blended and place in a glass loaf pan, pressing down to evenly distribute meat mixture in the pan.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set to the side.
  • Bake, uncovered, 45- minutes to 1 hour. Then remove from oven and drain well.
  • Pour the sauce on top and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Do not over mix the meat; it will stiffen and lose its juices.
  • Add some shredded veggies for more moisture. You can add sautéed onions, garlic, or even finely shredded mushrooms or zucchini. Those veggies will melt inside your life keeping it juicy and tender.
  • After baking, rest it for 10 minutes before cutting it so it doesn't lose its shape.
