Peep Mimosa
A fun take on a traditional holiday favorite drink!
Ingredients
- Chilled orange juice
- Sparkling wine (I recommend Moscato D'Asti or Trader Joe's Sparkling Brut)
- Marshmallow Peeps
Instructions
- Make sure your sparkling wine and orange juice are nice and cold before you start. This keeps your mimosa perfectly refreshing.
- Fill your champagne flute with equal parts sparkling wine and orange juice. Adjust the ratio according to your taste—use more sparkling wine for a stronger kick, or extra juice for a sweeter, lighter drink.
- Gently place a marshmallow Peep on the rim of your flute or float it directly on top of your drink. This adorable garnish instantly adds festive flair and sweetness.
