This 4-ingredient no-peek chicken recipe is incredibly simple to prepare and delicious to eat. This recipe uses only four simple ingredients and is ideal for quick dinners on a budget. No peek-chicken casserole is perfect for a weeknight family meal.

- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken tenderloin
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups regular white rice, uncooked
Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish lightly with Pam cooking spray.
In the glass baking dish, mix together the rice, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup.
Place the chicken on top of the rice mixture.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
