- 2 cans of whole corn (drained)
- 1 can of cream corn
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy Mix
- 1-2 tbsp. of sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 15x10 baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
