- 2 pounds Ground Chunk or Beef
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- ¾ cup Oats or Breadcrumb
- 2 Eggs
- 1 can Hunt's Meatloaf sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Then, combine ground chuck, half the Hunt's meatloaf sauce, the eggs, oats, Lipton onion soup mix, and season in a large bowl.
Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
Place them in a glass loaf pan, pressing down to evenly distribute meat mixture in the pan.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from oven and drain well.
Pour the remaining sauce on top, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
