Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Ground Chunk or Beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • ¾ cup Oats or Breadcrumb
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 can Hunt's Meatloaf sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Then, combine ground chuck, half the Hunt's meatloaf sauce, the eggs, oats, Lipton onion soup mix, and season in a large bowl.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
  • Place them in a glass loaf pan, pressing down to evenly distribute meat mixture in the pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Remove from oven and drain well.
  • Pour the remaining sauce on top, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Allow resting for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Season the meat with various seasonings.
  • You can choose any topping of your choice.
  • Use a baking sheet to shape the meatloaf in a pan to get a crisper texture.
