Lemon Bars (Cake Mix Lemon Bars)

Ingredients
- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups Confectioner's sugar
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 8 ounces block of cream cheese
Instructions
For the Cake
- Combine in a bowl the lemon cake mix, one egg, and the melted butter.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Baker's Joy.
- Add the cake mixture to the baking dish and spread it across the whole pan.
For the Cream Cheese Mixture
- Mix the confectioner's sugar, eggs, and cream cheese with a mixer.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of your cake mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Notes
- Add lemon juice for more flavor.
- You can create different recipes with other cake mixes.
- Feel free to add lemon extract for more lemon flavor.
- You can also add white chocolate chips.
