Lemon Bars (Cake Mix Lemon Bars)

Lemon Bars (Cake Mix Lemon Bars) is the best spring tangy dessert with the easiest preparation and simple ingredients that will indulge your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 8 ounces block of cream cheese

Instructions
 

For the Cake

  • Combine in a bowl the lemon cake mix, one egg, and the melted butter.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Baker's Joy.
  • Add the cake mixture to the baking dish and spread it across the whole pan.

For the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Mix the confectioner's sugar, eggs, and cream cheese with a mixer.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of your cake mixture.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Notes

  • Add lemon juice for more flavor.
  • You can create different recipes with other cake mixes.
  • Feel free to add lemon extract for more lemon flavor.
  • You can also add white chocolate chips.
