Lemon brownies recipe is a quick and easy to make with simple ingredients. It only takes around 10 minutes of your time to bake the perfect chewy and citrus treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.25 Lemon Box Cake Mix
  • ⅓ cup cooking oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup powder sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl add cake mix, oil, and eggs, and mix together well with a spatula.
  • Spray an 8x8 baking dish with baking spray.
  • Spread brownie batter in the 8x8 baking dish evenly.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 - 20 minutes or until your baking stick tester comes out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Mix confectioner's sugar and lemon juice together well.
  • Pour glaze over brownies.
  • Cut and enjoy.
