Instructions
- Arrange all of your favorite hot cocoa ingredients on a table, kitchen island, bar cart, or kitchen counter. Add a crockpot or something to keep the milk or water warm. Allow your guest to create their own personal hot chocolate creations! Enjoy & Have Fun!!
