Apple Cider Mimosa

Create a comforting twist on the classic mimosa with Easy Cozy Apple Cider Mimosas. A blend of sparkling champagne and rich apple cider, adorned with a cinnamon sugar rim and a drizzle of caramel syrup, captures the essence of fall in every sip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 1 bottle Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick Cinnamon Sugar mixture
  • 3 tablespoons Caramel Syrup

Instructions
 

  • On small plate sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix on the plate.
  • Dip the glass in water to wet the rims, then dip in the cinnamon mixture or sprinkles.
  • Fill champagne flutes ¼ full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.

Notes

  • Before mixing, make sure the apple cider and champagne are both completely cold.
  • Enhance the presentation by adding apple slices or artificial gold dust on top of your mimosas.
  • For a fascinating variation on the glass rim, try crushed ginger snaps or nutmeg.
  • Make ice cubes out of apple cider and use them to chill the mimosas without diluting their flavour.
  • Drop a few pomegranate seeds or cranberries into the drink for visual appeal as well as a burst of seasonal flavours.
  • To make a lighter version, replace the champagne with sparkling water, focusing on the apple cider and spices.
