    Hello November!!

Can you believe we are almost at the end of 2018? I am excited about some of my goals I have accomplished this year but still have so much more to do! Have you started planning for 2019? Write the vision and make it plan!!!

Fall is here and nothing says Fall like some good comfort food! I wanted to try a new recipe and decided to make No Peek Chicken! It is so good and easy to make! I found several recipes and just took different pieces from several and created my own. It’s full of flavor and comforting!! It will be added to the recipe rolodex!

    Ingredients

    • 1lb skinless boneless chicken tenderloin
    • 2 (10.75) cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 2 cups of chicken broth
    • 2 cups of regular white rice, uncooked

    Directions

Season chicken to your taste and pan sear it on top of the stove with Pam cooking spray

Mix rice, chicken broth, and cream of chicken in a glass baking dish. Bake on 350

Add chicken on top of the casserole after it is done and continue baking for another 30 minutes!

    Enjoy!

Tip: Add A Bag of mixed vegetables for a twist
