I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! We are still in cooking season and today I am sharing an easy red velvet cookie recipe made from cake mix. I love sharing quick and easy recipes because I know we are all busy but still want create amazing meals and desserts.
I love the holiday season and creating memories with family and friends. This red velvet cookie recipe will be perfect for your Christmas cookie exchange.
Ingredients
1 red velvet box cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large mixing bowl and mix well
- Stir in white chocolate chips
- Scoop cookie dough into tablespoon portions on parchment- lined baking sheet pan.
- Bake on 350 F for 10 -12 minutes or until set.
