Happy Wine Wednesday!!

If you know me you know I love mimosas!! I remember mixing apple juice and sprite as a little girl because it made me feel fancy! I love to remix drinks and the classic mimosa is champagne and orange juice. I wanted to create a fall mimosa and apple cider is the perfect fall twist on a classic cocktail.

I felt this was the perfect time to share this post with Thanksgiving next week and to top that off today is National Apple Cider day!!

Ingredients

  1. Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  2. Apple Cider
  3. McCormick Cinnamon Sugar mix or gold sprinkles

Instructions

On small plate sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix on the plate. Dip the glass in water to wet the rims, then dip in the cinnamon mixture or sprinkles.

Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.

Tip: You can use champagne, sparkling wine such as Moscato dAsti.
