Happy Thankful Thursday!!
I love a good Turkey Burger!! I was so amazed at how good turkey meat is after growing up with ground beef. I love ButterBall ground turkey so much I use it for most of my recipes that call for ground beef.
My turkey burger recipe is delicious, full of flavor and easy to make. I love to put it in the oven but it really taste amazing grilled.
Ingredients
1 16oz package of butterball ground turkey
2-3 tablespoons of Lipton onion soup mix
2-3 tablespoons of dry ranch powder
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix ground turkey, lipton onion soup mix, hidden valley ranch powder and bread crumbs.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Form ground turkey into 3-4 patties
- Bake turkey burgers in the oven until it has no pink and well done

Tip- I make 3 patties out of this but it depends on how thick you want your burgers
I also season the meat with a dash of other seasonings (optional)
Thank you so much for the recipe. Will try it
