I am excited to start sharing a foodie of the month again! I am kicking my first foodie of the month off with someone special my sister. She loves cooking as well! It runs in our family!
She is sharing a yummy Brussel Sprouts recipe! It’s so funny we both agreed to not love Brussel Sprouts as kids but both love them now as adults. We have a lot in common!! Pictured below is a sibling picture and we are the 2 with sunglasses!! 🌟

Cooking is relaxing to me and fun to try and create new flavors

I learned how to cook from my grandmothers and aunts
4. What is your favorite thing to make?
I love cooking roasted veggies and making tacos. I always try different flavors and toppings
5. Do you have a favorite famous chef/Foodie?
My favorite chef is G Garvin
Honey Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
Fresh Brussel sprouts washed and cut in half
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 cup Raw organic honey
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
Pink Himalayan Salt Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven 425
Put clean, cut Brussel sprouts in zip lock bag
Season with salt and pepper
Add olive oil
Shake until well coated
Transfer to roasting pan and roast 25 min. Turn halfway
Mix honey and balsamic vinegar in bowl and pour over roasted Brussel sprouts
Add sliced lemon or Valencia orange thin sliced to pan for added garnish

This is one reason I’m excited for fall. I love brussel sprouts. This recipe looks delicious! The balsamic and honey combo sound amazing on them. I’ll be trying this one out.
