Happy Thankful Thursday!

I am so excited to announce I will be on the cooking stage for the 2018 SWS at the BJCC Today at 3:30 pm! So please come out for an afternoon full of fun!

I wanted to make a dessert to share with the audience today so I decided to make an easy Red Velvet Bundt Cake. Baking can often be intimidating or known to be hard but I love sharing easy delicious recipes for my readers.

This RVC is easy and good! I hope you will try it! With the holidays right around the corner it will be the perfect dessert for your holiday menu!

1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix

1 box Hershey Chocolate Pudding

1 cup of Hershey Chocolate Chips

1 cup of oil

1 cup of sour cream

4 eggs


Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
